How far in advance should I place an order?

We can never predict when the calendar will fill up, so the short answer is - as soon as possible! Generally, 2-4 weeks in advance is enough time.

Occasionally, we can take a last minute order but please note, payment will be due in full to place the order. Generally, we do not take orders with less than a week’s notice.

How do I order a cake?

Simply click on our Quote link in the navigation menu and fill out the form and we will reply typically within 24-48 hours. When inquiring about a cake, please include the date, number of servings, flavor, pictures of your inspiration cake, and any other details about the design you’d like included on the cake. The more information we have, the quicker and easier we can give you an estimate, and the closer we will be to creating your vision.

When will you get back to me? 

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to your message.

We generally reply to messages, emails, and calls M-F, 8am-9am and then again from 4pm-5pm. Early in the week is the best time to reach us.

What is your payment policy?

 A deposit of 50% is due when order is placed. The remaining balance is due 10 days before pick up or delivery. Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App are all accepted forms of payment. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Your deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks before your event, minus the cost of any pre-made or pre-ordered supplies for your cake. 

Cancellation 8-13 days before event: 50% refund of deposit 

Cancellation request less than 7 days before event: No refunds will be issued after 1 week prior to your event or pick up date.

Brandi Cakes is a home bakery located in Loganville, GA.

Do you offer delivery and set up?

Yes! Delivery is $1 per mile round trip with a minimum of $30. Set up includes adding any flowers (provided by your florist) and/or toppers. For cakes three tiers or higher, delivery is highly recommended.

Do you provide cake stands, non-edible toppers, and/or flowers?

We do not provide cake stands or cupcake towers. If given enough time to order toppers, we are happy to order them and add them to your cake. Silk flowers and fresh flowers can be added to your cake ahead of time or we are happy to add flowers from your florist if provided to us upon delivery. Please note that an exact match to flowers in your inspiration picture may not be available due to the current season.

Do you offer cake tastings?

Tastings are available upon request. We offer a take home cupcake sample box.

Sample boxes are $35/dz and may contain up to 3 flavors of cake and icings.  

Fillings are not available for sampling. 

Requests for sample boxes must be made at least two weeks in advance.
